Old City Barbeque prides itself in the barbeque making process, by using smokers fueled by hardwood coals.

We focus on high quality, locally or sustainably sourced ingredients with a nose-to-tail inspired menu. Purveyors such as Heritage Farm and Anson Mills are sourced for their integrity and high-quality product.

Thanksgiving Turkeys

This Thanksgiving, serve your family and friends the best-of-the-best. Order your turkey from Old City Barbeque!

Thanksgiving Turkey Request

We are offering 18 Pound* Koch Farm Turkeys (no preservatives, antibiotic free, minimally processed and no artificial ingredients added).

Please fill out your name, phone number and email address and select your order type: a pre-smoked turkey, a pre-brined uncooked turkey, a raw/naked turkey and/or our brining kit below

Once this form is submitted you will be contacted to confirm your order and collect a deposit. Turkeys are sold on a first come first served basis. A $50 Deposit is required to secure your order. Order requests and deposits are due Friday, November 17th. Orders will be available for pick up Thanksgiving morning (Thursday, November 23rd) from 9-11am.

*Not exact weight. Each turkey will average 18 lbs
